Juneteenth: Celebrating Freedom

Today, we honor the resilience of our ancestors, the power of our community, and the promise of a more just future.

Juneteenth is more than history—it’s a call to action.

As a Black woman and the founder of RTC, this day calls me to reflect on my responsibility to lead with integrity and to hold open the doors that were once closed to Black women. I carry the legacy of those who fought for liberation, justice, equity, and healing. That legacy lives in the spaces we create and the transformation we inspire.

  • We honor the past by building better systems.

  • We heal by telling the truth and holding space.

  • We move forward by investing in people, purpose, and equity.

This Juneteenth, I stand firmly on our mission: Reimagine Growth. Transform Skills. Cultivate Impact.

Because justice isn’t a destination—it’s something we practice, nurture, and grow together.
